Food Walk with Cafe and Visit to Shugetsu

Tanya started her food journey with a local guide named Cafe. He spoke Thai and helped Tanya explore the city’s food. They went to Shugetsu, a Japanese restaurant with a Michelin award. Tanya tried miso ramen and noodles without soup. She liked the fresh taste and learned a lot from Cafe.

Crispy Duck Egg at Phed Mark Restaurant

Before going to the mall, Tanya visited Phed Mark restaurant. The restaurant is run by Mark Wiens, a famous YouTuber. Tanya tried their crispy fried duck egg with pork and rice. She said it was crunchy and very tasty.

EmQuartier Mall and Fire Tiger Bubble Tea

Tanya went to EmQuartier Mall, a big shopping mall in Bangkok. There, she tried bubble tea at Fire Tiger by Seoulcial Club. The drink was creamy milk tea with caramel sugar and chewy bubbles. Tanya said the tea was thick and delicious.

Moving Around Bangkok

Tanya used the MRT subway to travel around Bangkok. The train was fast and easy to use. Using public transport helps you avoid traffic and get to places quickly.

Biking Bang Kachao Island

Tanya took a boat to Bang Kachao island, a green and quiet place near Bangkok. She rented a bike and rode through small streets and houses on stilts. It was peaceful and different from the busy city.

Sunset at Wat Arun Temple

In the evening, Tanya met a local fan & subscriber named Peeyushi and visited the Wat Arun temple by the river. She enjoyed watching the sunset and saw the temple shine in the soft light.

Candlelight Dinner at Riva Arun

Tanya luckily found a special place, which was Riva Arun Restaurant. It is right by the Chao Phraya River. She had a candlelight dinner with Peeyushi. They ordered sticky mango rice, along with pad thai tofu with vegetables, and the calm river view, making it a lovely evening. Afterwards, they went back to the MRT Station on walking. Later on, she shared tips about using the Grab bike app and being careful while traveling alone.
